About the Charlotte IAHSP Regional Chapter® CIRC® meets monthly and offers mentoring and networking support, ongoing educational opportunities, and interaction with local businesses and community affiliates. IAHSP Chapter members join forces through outreach projects to increase awareness of the Home Staging® industry in our region. We strive to set ourselves apart and above others in our field. The Chapter has grown in membership and in its commitment to excellence. We assist real estate agents, builders, property owners and investors by making occupied and vacant homes more appealing to buyers. Many of our members also specialize in Parade of Homes Staging and model home Staging. In addition, some of our members offer various design services. CIRC is a proud participant in the annual IAHSP® Foundation Community Worldwide Staging Service Week. Our members team up to use their ASP®/ASPM® Staging and design abilities to brighten and better the lives of residents in the Charlotte region. 2009 IAHSP Foundation Community Worldwide Staging Service Week CIRC members returned for the third year in a row to Thompson Child & Family Focus in Matthews, NC, to make over the gym into an expressive arts room. Through the magic of Home Staging, CIRC members worked over a month to transform this room. The members hosted a special unveiling reception for the teachers and children. 
Before this was room was used as a storage area. 
After photo shows the different areas for the room. Yoga, theatre, and drums. The kids got to use this room right after we took the picture. They sat on the pillows some of the kids used the theatre area to do gymnastics. The jungle scene was a real big hit. Our members we here for a month getting this ready but it was all worth it to see it on the childrens faces. CIRC would like to thank the following companies that discounted prices, or donated time, cash or gift cards, and/or materials that helped make our project successful! Fresh Coat Painters, Sherwin Williams paint store Hwy 51, Target, and to all our members who donated their time, materials and money. Thank you! This was our biggest project to date. CIRC was asked to Stage a cyber cafe and relaxation area at the CRRA REALTORS® Expo in March 2008 in Charlotte, NC. We also conducted a Home Staging workshop for attendees and had an exhibition booth. CIRC exhibited at the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Expo in Oct. 2008 in Charlotte, NC.
